I make films & animations for non-profits with a track record of success in fundraising and engagement.
Films I've made for non-profits have been hugely successful when used to raise funding for the organisations, furthering their work as a direct result. I've made a wide range of video and animation based projects over the years for charities and non-profits both as a producer and a person working as a filmmaker or animator for other companies. I've worked on films for the likes of For Baby's Sake, Groundwork, London Airbulance, Royal British Legion, The National Museum of Computing, and yes, even the charity I founded - Help Close By.
As well as fundraisers, I can also help you with:
Volunteer activation & onboarding
Documenting and evidencing a project
Grant applications by video
Exhibition or exhibit loops
Oral histories and heritage
Animations to help break taboo subjects
Motion design for animated branding

"Duncan Catterall’s videos for The National Museum of Computing at Bletchley Park were top notch and they displayed great skill in conveying technology issues to the general public in a very engaging fashion. He was a pleasure to work with and could respond quickly to changing circumstances. A commissioned fundraising video was exceptional, helping the organisation reach its target."
