A Michelin starred chef - Brad was actually a neighbour of mine during lockdown and I got to know him really well, helping out with some socially distanced filming in a period when much of my production work had basically stopped due to lockdowns. His original restaurant Carter's of Mosley was well known for their staff dinners, and he'd done a book about them, this being an extended follow up. Brad was also famously part of the rave scene, so getting the track directly from HIXXY himself for this was fantastic. The promo uses imagery from the book, taking some strong flavours from the rave scene to make a high impact motion graphic.
